Architectural barriers assessments

For due diligence or as part of a barrier removal plan, an archtiectural barriers assessment will assist in indentifying and resolving violations of the ADA, Title III, Texas Accessibility Standards or Fair Housing Act.

Registered With Texas Department Of Licensing And Regulation

The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation Architectural Barriers requires that for projects with costs of $50,000 or more a full set of construction documents must be submitted for review and inspection in accordance with Administrative Rule 68.20. For determinations on whether a facility is subject to the Architectural Barriers Act, reference Article 9102, Texas Civil Statute and Administrative Rules, Chapter 68.
